This site offers Membership subscription service in which female users who subscribe to any of our available membership levels are billed on a subscription basis. The user will be billed in advance on a predetermined recurring and a consistent rate as chosen by the user. The user by virtue of subscribing to use this site as a member, agrees to accept and abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. We reserve the right to block a user from accessing this site’s membership further should the user fail to abide by our terms and membership rules. E-Commerce, Privacy & Security
This site offers a marketplace, open to our members who are vendor-approved subscription, seen on our Shop page at https://theemmanuellablog.com.ng/shop. The use of any product or service bought from us is at the buyer’s risk. The buyer/ user indemnifies and holds the vendor harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website. However, in a case whereby a vendor delivers physically damaged products, the customer will be entitled to a full refund on absolute confirmation of error. In a case where the vendor supplied all goods to the delivery company in good condition, the delivery company will be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through our e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the vendor and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the vendor under any circumstances.
The vendor cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

You may visit this Website and surf casually without providing any personal information. The Website servers will, in such instances, collect the IP address of your computer, but not the email address or any other distinguishing information. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent at the Website, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to determine use of this site, and to improve Content thereon. Refund and Return Policy
If you subscribe as a member of this site, you are entitled to a refund of your subscription costs only if you cancel your subscription within the first seven (7) days. The refund is done in full with the exception of admin charges.
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the vendor will refund the buyer in full within 14 days. Cancellation of orders by the buyer will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
The vendor reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the vendor’s standards. Should the vendor exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
