“I think the most useless question an adult can ask a child is ‘What do you want to be when you grow up?’” – Michelle Obama. “As if growing up is finite. As if at some point you become something and that’s the end.”
In memory of this day, I will recount an experience for you. I spent a year… As usual with his naughty self, he asked me “hope say you dey oil your engine well o” (meaning “hope you’re having regular sex”)…
If you swim in your dream, you have a marine spirit attack. The church must conduct deliverance for you.
If your car gets bashed in your dream, you must park the car at your pastor’s house for 7 days, with fasting and prayers. Should it happen that you were in the car during the accident, you must suspend or cancel all plans of traveling for as long as your pastor says is okay.
What if you had a sizzling romance…
Everyone knows Lagos innit? Yea. I just feel like sharing my Lagos experience. So that was how I woke up by 4:30am, did my toilet rituals (and I didn’t even go in the toilet with my phone just to avoid wasting time…how boring!), had a quick bath and wore a glam make-up, only to sit in a bus for a 2 hour ride to Oshodi, feeling sleepy all damn through!
Ever asked yourself “Who Controls You?” Are you truly the one in control of you, your choices, behaviours, speech? Or do you let others control you, voluntarily or involuntarily. Yes. People can control you without your knowing it. It’s worse when you think you’re in control not knowing you’ve lost the power. So how do people control you involuntarily? When you always react to provocation. Some people are quick to anger. Some even pride in it, you hear things like “na small thing dey vex me” or “I dey quick vex no try me”. So I was thirsting for the breakfast of my dreams: fried plantain plus fried sweet potatoes plus fried egg downed with a cup of coffee. Oh my favourite things in this world of sin.

You see, it’s natural for human beings to seek validation in a lot of ways. Many times, we go out of our way to control how people view us. We want to make sure others see us in a certain way, through a certain kind of lens that magnifies us in some way.
We unconsciously or subconsciously try to buy respect with money or some other form of vague physical exchange currency.
It’s in the clothes we buy and the boutique we buy them from. It’s in the designer we wear their shoes or the brand we rep their bags.
Moms! I came across this pix! And I’m like aaawwwwnnn…. so sweet. So I thought to gist my TEB fam. See the caption, “World’s Best Picture”. Honestly, it’s the best fit. Look at that face huh. Moms really take the pain for their babies. Like the baby even appears brave and fearless kinda. This is not the kind of situation where you ask mom: “Is it your paining?” Ah. It is both her injection and her paining too oh. Haba. I think even the bravest of moms can subconsciously put up that fit. I bet she had no idea her
Hey TEBian, I hope you’ve had a blissful day. I’m teasing you today with a wild declaration: “I like money!” There…you have it. And also give you 5 solid reasons why you should like money too. Well, it is not new to those who know me already; friends and family. Recently, my girlfriend tagged me to one post that read: “Tag a friend who would become a billionaire by 30”…or something like that. Wawu! I literally grew saucer eyes when I read the notification. Hey gawd! See this private jet one posh damsel in hot shades was stepping out from in
